Key Responsibilities
Test Planning & Strategy:
Design and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for web, mobile, and API-based applications.
Testing & Validation:
Conduct functional, regression, integration, usability, and performance testing. Track and resolve bugs using Jira, Trello, or similar tools.
Automation:
Develop and maintain automated test scripts (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.) and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
Collaboration:
Work with developers, product managers, and UX/UI teams to understand requirements and acceptance criteria. Participate in Agile ceremonies.
Quality Reporting:
Define and track QA metrics, ensuring continuous process improvement.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
4-6 years of experience in software testing (manual & automation).
Strong expertise in automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium).
API testing experience (Postman, etc.).
Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner - a plus).
Basic SQL knowledge for DB validations.
Exposure to Git and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
Good to Have
Experience testing in
healthcare, fintech, or SaaS
domains.
Knowledge of
security testing practices
