Job Summary:
PAL InfoCom is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QA Fresher to join our software testing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about quality and wants to start a career in software testing and quality assurance. You will be trained to test websites, web applications, and mobile apps, and ensure they meet high standards before release.
Your Responsibilities:
Understand requirements and write basic test cases
Perform manual testing of websites & applications
Report bugs clearly to the development team
Re-test issues after bug fixes and update statuses
Learn QA processes, tools, and documentation methods
Help maintain test data, logs, and QA records
Basic automation knowledge = a plus!
Skills We're Looking For:
Basic understanding of software testing and QA concepts
Familiarity with web and mobile apps
Good communication and reporting skills
Eye for detail and willingness to learn
Team player with a positive, learning mindset
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, CS, or related field
Basic understanding of SDLC/STLC
ISTQB certification is a plus (not mandatory)
Preferred Candidate:
Quick learner passionate about QA/testing
Willing to work full-time from the Mohali office
