About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

QA Engineer

with strong expertise in setting up QA processes and automation frameworks from scratch. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with testing applications in

FinTech, payments, and security compliance domains

, and will be able to work independently with minimal guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Design, establish, and implement

QA processes and best practices

for applications. Develop and maintain

automated test frameworks

with a focus on regression, integration, and end-to-end testing. Conduct manual and automated testing across web and backend applications. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure product quality and security compliance. Drive

test automation strategy

and continuously improve test coverage and efficiency. Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing aligned with

FinTech/payment standards

. Ensure CI/CD pipeline integration for automated tests. Provide clear and proactive communication on testing progress, issues, and risks.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of QA experience

with strong expertise in

automation and process setup

. Proven ability to set up QA automation

independently without external guidance

. Strong proficiency in

Python

for test automation. Hands-on experience with

GitHub, AWS, Postgres, ReactJS, and Django

. Strong understanding of

QA methodologies, tools, and processes

. Knowledge of

FinTech, payment systems, and security compliance

(PCI DSS, ISO, etc.) preferred. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and

communication skills

.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in

FinTech or payment gateways

. Exposure to

performance testing tools

(e.g., JMeter, Locust). Knowledge of

CI/CD practices

using GitHub Actions or similar tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
