Job Title : QA/Tester's T-SQL

Location: Hybrid 2 days in week Bangalore location

Experience : 5+ years

Mode: 6 month contract + ext.

Mandatory

: QA/Tester's T-SQL a must. Experience with large finance (banking) data migration projects highly regarded

Key Responsibilities

:

You will analyse requirements, design test strategies, and develop test plans to ensure comprehensive coverage Create and maintain detailed test cases, scripts, and documentation Execute functional, regression, integration, and system testing to ensure software quality; validating new and existing features to ensure they meet the requirements and performance standards Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools and work closely with developers to resolve them; Perform root cause analysis for bugs and report findings effectively to stakeholders Contribute to test automation initiatives to streamline testing processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth test execution and alignment on deliverables Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospective) to provide input on test coverage and improvements

Skills and Technology:

5+ years' experience in a Test Analyst role (in a client-facing environment). Experience in financial services is highly desired, in particular retail & business banking product data, and data models. Experience in large data migration & integration programs is desired Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to write clear and concise test cases and reports Proficiency in software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques with an understanding of data management, governance and security Knowledge of test automation frameworks and scripting languages; knowledge of Jira Xray is desirable Ability to write SQL for data selection and validation (scenario identification etc.). Familiarity with defect tracking tools and Agile project management tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira) is desirable Experience of working in an Agile environment. Willing to work a minimum of 2 days a week in the office
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
