About the Role

We're looking for a

QA Engineer

with 2-4 years of hands-on experience in testing

web and mobile applications

. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings clearly with the development and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

Perform manual and functional testing across

web and native mobile applications

. Collaborate with designers via

Figma

to validate UI/UX consistency and usability. Conduct

backend and API testing

to ensure system stability and performance. Create, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Log and track defects using tools like

Jira

and

Zoho Projects

. Prepare and maintain comprehensive

documentation

for test results, reports, and processes. Work closely with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure timely bug resolution. Participate in release planning, regression testing, and quality reviews.

Requirements

2-4 years of professional experience in QA or software testing. Experience testing

native mobile apps

(Android/iOS). Hands-on experience with

backend/API testing

and tools like Postman. Proficiency in

Figma

,

Jira

, and

Zoho

(mandatory). Strong documentation skills with attention to clarity and accuracy. Excellent communication skills -- must be able to report and discuss issues clearly and confidently. Solid understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies.

Nice to Have

Experience with automation tools like Selenium or Cypress. Basic understanding of SQL or database queries. Knowledge of Agile development processes.
