QA Tester

Should design, create and execute functional and non-functional test cases/scripts, create test data and document expected test results. Participate in business requirements discussions, design sessions and functional specification reviews with the technology teams. Should be able to determine testing needs for quick turnaround component/features long-term testing needed. Should Coordinate testing across multiple testing phases, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Performance, and End-to-End testing. Develops entry/exit criteria for each testing phase. Should coordinate team members in all testing activities. Must know about Defect Life Cycle, SDLC, STLC process. Knowledge of basic SQL, DB testing, API testing required. Automation testing experience is an added advantage. Driving product readiness. Supporting both technical and business teams.. Reporting Defect Reports promptly and thoroughly for defects resolutions &; enhancements

Skills : Familiar with all phases of Software Test Life Cycle. Experience collaborating with cross-functional global and remote teams with diverse backgrounds.. Demonstrating good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Well-versed with Project management, Process control, Client Communication & Manual Testing. Qualifications: Degree in engineering, maths or computer science.
