Techmero is looking for a skilled

QA Tester with Mobile App Testing experience

who can also take on the role of a

Scrum Master

to drive project success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing mobile applications across different platforms, along with experience in Agile project management.

Responsibilities:QA Testing (Mobile Apps)

Test

mobile applications

for

functionality, usability, performance, security, and compatibility

across different devices and OS versions. Develop detailed

test plans, test cases, and test scripts

for manual and automated testing. Execute test cases, analyze results, and document defects using tools like

JIRA

. Collaborate with

developers, designers, and product managers

to ensure quality standards are met. Provide

feedback and recommendations

for improving app quality and user experience.

Scrum Master Responsibilities

Oversee

project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables

to ensure successful project completion. Facilitate

Agile ceremonies

such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Identify roadblocks, manage risks, and ensure smooth collaboration between teams. Track project progress, communicate updates, and ensure adherence to Agile best practices.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience

as a QA Tester or Mobile App Tester. Hands-on experience in

testing mobile applications

across different devices and OS versions. Strong understanding of

mobile app testing methodologies, tools, and automation frameworks

. Experience working in an

Agile/Scrum environment

with a solid understanding of Scrum principles. Familiarity with project management and issue-tracking tools such as

JIRA, Trello, or Asana

. Excellent

communication and leadership skills

to facilitate Agile processes.

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
