Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented
QA Tester
to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of our applications. The ideal candidate should be able to perform manual and automated testing, identify bugs, report issues, and ensure smooth product functionality.
Key Responsibilities
Perform
manual and automation testing
for web and mobile applications.
Create
test scenarios, test plans, and test cases
based on requirements.
Conduct
white-box and black-box testing
to ensure product quality.
Execute
smoke testing, sanity testing
, and regression testing.
Perform
API testing using Postman
and validate backend responses.
Work with tools such as
Jira, SDLC, STLC, HLR
, and bug reporting systems.
Conduct
large data testing
and functional testing.
Execute
mobile app testing
across devices/platforms.
Validate data using
MySQL
queries.
Coordinate with developers and stakeholders to communicate bugs and improvements.
Connect with customers when required to understand issues and provide support.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of
white-box & black-box testing methodologies
Knowledge of
SDLC, STLC, HLR (High-Level Requirements)
Experience with
Jira, bug tracking, and reporting tools
Proficiency in
Postman for API testing
Familiarity with
SQL/MySQL
Experience in
manual testing and basic automation testing
Ability to test mobile apps and handle large datasets
Good communication skills and ability to interact with customers
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Certifications in QA/Testing (optional but preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
