About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented

QA Tester

with

2-3 years of experience in Manual Testing, Automation Testing, Performance Testing, and Security Testing

. In this role, you will collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality, scalability, and security. If you are passionate about software testing and enjoy working across both functional and non-functional requirements, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute test cases and test scripts for

functional, regression, and integration testing.

Develop and maintain

automation test scripts using Selenium, TestNG

, or similar frameworks. Conduct

performance/load testing

with tools such as

JMeter, BlazeMeter, or LoadRunner.

Perform basic

security testing

(input validation, authentication/authorization checks, session management). Validate

REST APIs and backend logic using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools.

Track, document, and prioritize defects

using

Jira

or equivalent tools, and follow through until resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to

analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and suggest improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2-3 years of hands-on QA experience covering Manual, Automation, Performance, and Security testing. Strong knowledge of test automation tools (Selenium, TestNG, PyTest, etc.). Experience in performance testing tools (JMeter, BlazeMeter, LoadRunner). Familiarity with security testing concepts and OWASP Top 10 (basic usage of Burp Suite or similar tools). Experience with API testing using Postman or equivalent. Basic knowledge of SQL and database testing. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
