Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled QA Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying issues, a passion for quality assurance, and experience in testing software applications. You will work closely with developers, project managers, and designers to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Test Planning & Execution:

Create and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases. Perform manual and automated testing for web, mobile, and desktop applications.

Bug Tracking & Reporting:

Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar. Collaborate with the development team to resolve issues and re-test fixes.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure software functionality aligns with business and technical requirements. Conduct regression, integration, performance, and usability testing.

Process Improvement:

Suggest improvements to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness. Assist in the implementation of QA best practices.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams during the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Provide feedback and recommendations to improve user experience and product quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Experience:

1-3 years in software testing or QA.

Soft Skills:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience in writing automated test scripts. Familiarity with programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript. Basic knowledge of SQL and database testing.
