Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled

QA Automation Engineer

to design, develop, and execute automated tests, ensuring the quality of web and API-based applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

test automation frameworks

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain

automated test scripts

using

Selenium

,

Cypress

, and other automation frameworks. Integrate automated test suites into

CI/CD pipelines

using tools such as

Jenkins

,

GitLab CI/CD

, or

Azure DevOps

. Perform

API testing

using

Postman

and automate API validations through scripting. Conduct

performance and load testing

using

JMeter

to ensure system scalability and stability. Collaborate closely with developers and DevOps engineers to ensure smooth test automation integration within the development lifecycle. Create, manage, and execute

test plans, test cases

, and

regression suites

. Identify, log, and track software defects using tools like

Jira

or

Bugzilla

, and verify fixes through re-testing. Ensure quality standards are met across all stages of development through continuous testing and monitoring. Participate in

code reviews

sprint planning

, and

retrospectives

to advocate for testability and quality improvements. Research and implement new testing tools and methodologies to improve QA efficiency.
