Job Description

Responsibilities :-

Develop and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, JIRA, TestNG, or similar.
Collaborate with software developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to understand requirements and create test plans.
Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
Analyze test results, identify root causes of issues, and work closely with the development team to resolve defects.
Document and report test results, including defects and issues, and track them to resolution.
Continuously improve testing methodologies, tools, and processes to enhance overall software quality.
Participate in code reviews to ensure testability and quality standards.
Can perform Software documentation.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in software testing and automation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a QA Tester with a focus on Automation Testing.
Strong knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
Experience with scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Familiarity with continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
