Skills and Tools Required: - Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and processes. - Proficiency in manual testing - Familiarity with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs. - Experience with issue tracking tools like JIRA or Bugzilla. - Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Experience with defect management and tracking tools - Ability to examine program code and logic to identify bugs and defects. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment. - Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.

Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Experience in testing responsive web applications across different browsers and devices. - Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner is a plus. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role: The QA/Test Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of web applications. Responsibilities include designing test plans, conducting manual and automated testing, and participating in the overall software development lifecycle. The role requires collaboration with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.

You are Responsible for: - Developing and executing test cases and test plans to validate web applications against specifications and requirements. - Examine software programs to identify bugs, defects, and areas for improvement. - Design, develop, and maintain robust automation scripts for regression and functional testing. - Participate actively in all phases of the SDLC and ensure QA best practices are met. - Update documentation according to project changes and feedback. - Identifying, recording, and tracking defects through a bug tracking system. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively. - Maintaining testing documentation and generating reports to communicate test results to stakeholders.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹379,699.03 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
