Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures to ensure that products meet or exceed customer expectations and comply with industry regulations.
Conduct routine inspections of products, materials, and equipment to ensure compliance with established standards and specifications.
Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities, including test results, non-conformance reports, and corrective action plans.
Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve quality issues, and provide guidance on quality-related matters.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality or performance.
Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to ensure that employees understand and comply with quality control procedures.
Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
1-4 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in a chemical manufacturing environment.
Understanding of quality control principles, practices, and techniques.
Familiarity with ISO and other quality control standards.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Experience using quality control software and other tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
