Job Description

Develop and implement comprehensive quality control procedures

for the manufacturing of sofas, including material selection,

production processes, and final product inspection

Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering,
production, and customer service, to ensure quality requirements

are met throughout the product lifecycle and for continuous

improvements

Train and supervise quality control inspectors to ensure consistent
adherence to quality standards and procedures

Collaborate with design, production, and procurement teams to
establish quality requirements and specifications for new sofa

designs and materials

Conduct regular audits and inspections of production facilities to
identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality

standards

Monitor and analyze quality metrics and performance indicators to
identify trends and opportunities for process optimization

Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including
inspection reports, test results, and corrective action plans

Stay informed about industry trends, developments, and best
practices in furniture manufacturing and quality assurance

IMS Effective Implementation and control within the quality and
cross-interlinking functions with the help of tools such as

ISO9001/ISO14001/OHSAS18001 and ISO50001

Training of workforce to enhance awareness, understanding and
skills with the help of HR-Skill Assessment Matrix, Goal setting, KRA

with KPI measurements.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
