Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Assurance:

Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in compliance with GMP, FSSAI, FDA, and other regulatory requirements. Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all quality processes. Conduct internal audits and inspections to identify and resolve non-conformities. Manage document control processes, including batch records, deviation reports, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).

3. Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure all products meet local and international regulatory standards (FSSAI, FDA, EFSA, etc.). Assist in the preparation of documentation for product registration and regulatory submissions. Maintain and verify supplier quality compliance through audits and certifications.

4. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the R&D and production teams to resolve quality issues during product development and manufacturing. Provide training to employees on quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment on quality goals.

5. Continuous Improvement:

Analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement. Implement best practices for waste reduction, process efficiency, and product consistency. Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
