Job Summary:

We're hiring a Call Quality Auditor to evaluate voice calls and CSRs, provide feedback, and drive process improvements. 2+ years of QA experience in BPO required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate calls and CSRs for quality and adherence to guidelines

- Provide feedback to agents and identify areas for improvement

- Collaborate with teams to develop training initiatives

Requirements:

- 2+ years of QA experience in BPO

- Excellent communication and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently from home
