Key Responsibilities:
Listen to and review customer service calls.
Check if calls follow company process and quality standards.
Identify areas where agents can improve and share feedback.
Keep records of calls reviewed and report findings.
Learn industry standards and apply them in call audits.
Key Requirements:
For Freshers:
Fluency in Spanish (reading, writing, speaking) is a must..
Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Flexible to work in night or rotational shifts.
Good English communication skills for reporting and interaction.
For Experienced Candidates:
Prior experience as a QA (Spanish) in travel or related industry.
Strong skills in call auditing, quality evaluation, and feedback.
Knowledge of industry processes, KPIs, and quality standards.
Good communication and reporting skills, including English proficiency, for
documenting QA findings and interacting with teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple audits efficiently
