Job Description

Adopt the standards and leading practices for both custom software and package software with a focus on testing processes for continuous improvement and automation. Apply quality management principles and practices to work with users, testers, developers, and other stakeholders to discover problems, defects, and related exceptions with the goal to analyze the root cause issue(s) and corresponding mitigation steps to resolve. Hands-on experience creating, maintaining, and executing test cases/suites as well as analyzing results. Experienced in defect resolution and defect burn down across all related parties, including on and offshore developers, business and technical testing resources, and infrastructure teams. Adept at removing blocking issues to ensure progress, pace, and velocity needs are being met. Manage and prioritize functional and technical backlogs and defect burndowns effectively in partnership with the Program leadership team, work stream leads, and implementation partner vendors. Work as part of a team of experienced QA Engineers testing multiple releases. Work autonomously and with minimal supervision, yet collaboratively with in and across multiple teams, Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.
