We're seeking someone to join our team as (Associate/Director) who will be a key SDET in Middle Office service and data components for Wealth Management

WM_Technology

Wealth Management Technology is responsible for the design, development, delivery, and support of the technical solutions behind the products and services used by the Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Business. Practice areas include: Analytics, Intelligence, & Data Technology (AIDT), Client Platforms, Core Technology Services (CTS), Financial Advisor Platforms, Global Banking Technology (GBT), Investment Solutions Technology (IST), Institutional Wealth and Corporate Solutions Technology (IWCST), Technology Delivery Management (TDM), User Experience (UX), and the CAO team.

Analytics Intelligence & Data Technology

Analytics, Intelligence and Data Technology (AIDT) enables and drives strategic data initiatives and business capabilities across Wealth Management.

Software Engineering

This is Associate/Director position that develops and maintains software solutions that support business needs.

What you'll do in the role:

oBe a key SDET in Middle Office service and data components for Wealth Management


oOwn entire STLC for regular release and key projects


oEnsure guardrails are laid out and processes are adhered for production stability


oMeasure KPIs and demonstrate continuous improvement in efficiency and productivity of team


oOversee junior team members and consultants


oCollaborate closely with Tech and business stakeholders


oUtilize Automation and Gen AI effectively demonstrating ROI


oManage risks proactively


oProvide regular executive updates

What you'll bring to the role:

o At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role


oHands on automation expertise in API and Data test automation - Java, Python, SQL


oPreferably in LINUX, ICEDQ, Jmeter


oDeep domain expertise in capital markets


oThorough testing concepts, test planning, test strategy building, building frameworks, STLC


oTeam player, Mentoring, grooming junior team members and consultant ensuring team keeps performing better


oTransforming team by means of improving culture, strengthening processes, coverage, right use of automation and innovation


oExcellent communication and collaboration skills


oSense of ownership, accountability and flexibility with focus on problem solving
