Job Title: QA & QMS Executive
Department: Quality Assurance
Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare Weekly and Monthly Quality reports and KPIs for Management Review.
• Coordinate and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) as per ISO 13485:2016.
• Prepare, review, and control SOPs, Work Instructions, and Quality Records.
• Handle document control -- issuance, revision, and archival of controlled documents.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Assist in change control evaluation and implementation tracking.
• Support market complaint handling and perform complaint trend analysis.
• Participate in risk assessment activities (as per ISO 14971).
• Conduct QMS awareness training for employees.
• Coordinate with CFT for QMS implementation and issue resolution.
• Support supplier evaluation and quality audits.
• Ensure effective record management and traceability.
• Promote continuous improvement in processes and product quality.
• Conduct QMS awareness sessions across all labs.

Skills & Competencies:

• Good knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and MDR requirements.
• Experience in CAPA, deviation handling, Change Management and risk management.
• Strong documentation and audit management skills.
• Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Qualification & Experience:

• Education: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.E / B.Tech in related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years in QA / QMS within Manufacturing company

(Preferable Industry: Medical device or Pharmaceutical industry)
