Role Overview

We are seeking a

QA & QMS Executive

with hands-on experience in

AS9100 Rev D

to support quality assurance and quality management system activities in aerospace machining operations. The role involves close coordination with production and engineering teams to ensure compliance, process control, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Support implementation, maintenance, and compliance of

AS9100 Rev D

QMS. Create, update, and control QMS documentation including procedures, SOPs, and work instructions. Assist in

First Article Inspection (AS9102)

, in-process inspections, and

Non-Conformance Report (NCR)

management. Plan and conduct internal audits; support customer, certification, and regulatory audits. Review engineering drawings,

GD&T

, inspection plans, and quality records. Coordinate with production teams to drive quality improvements and reduce defects. Ensure effective document control, traceability, and record retention as per aerospace requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong working knowledge of

AS9100 Rev D

requirements. Experience in aerospace machining environments (CNC, VMC, precision components). Proficiency in

GD&T

, FAI, CAPA, and basic quality tools. Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Proficient in

MS Excel

and QMS documentation practices.

Qualifications:

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering.

AS9100 Internal Auditor certification

is an advantage.
