Position: QA/QC Manager & Vendor Development Manager

Negotiable Rs. 35000 to Rs. 60000 PM

Education:

B.E / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Preferred Industry: EOT Crane, Heavy Machinery, Machinery

Develop, implement, and oversee quality assurance processes. Conduct inspections, testing, and quality audits as per standards. Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation and reports. Identify defects, root causes, and corrective actions. Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. Coordinate with production, design, and purchase teams for quality-related matters. Strong understanding of QA/QC standards, procedures, and tools. Hands-on experience in mechanical components inspection. Ability to prepare QC documents, reports, and test certificates. Identify, source, and develop new vendors for required materials and components. Conduct vendor evaluations, audits, and performance assessments. Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and quality parameters. Maintain vendor database and ensure vendor compliance with quality standards. Coordinate with purchase, production, and QA teams. Strong knowledge of mechanical components and procurement processes. Good negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
Ability to analyze vendor capabilities and ensure quality consistency.
