QA - QC Manager - Offset Printing & Packaging Industry

Location: Ahmedabad
Gender: Male
Age: 25 to 35 years
Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Tech (Quality Management course preferred)
Experience: 5 to 7 years as Asst. Manager QA/QC in offset printing & packaging
Shift: General shift (8 hours); may require extended hours
Salary: Up to ?65,000 CTC/month + performance-based annual increment

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of 10-12 QC Executives Conduct quality inspections for raw materials, semi-finished goods, and final dispatch Ensure in-process QC checks and proper record-keeping Review job cards and ensure adherence to SOPs Minimize client complaints and production wastage Train QC team and operators on quality standards Handle internal and external quality audits Drive preventive and corrective actions as needed
