Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA & QC Manager to join our team at DCS Group. As the QA & QC Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our automotive manufacturing processes meet the quality standards set by the International Automotive Task Force (IATF) 16949. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The job is located in Dera Bassi, Punjab, India. This is a full-time position. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or a related field 4 to 6 years of experience in automotive quality management, preferably IATF 16949 Strong knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes and quality control systems Familiarity with quality tools and techniques such as FMEA, SPC, and PPAP Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Effective communication and leadership abilities Attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement Certification in Quality Management Systems (IATF 16949) is highly desirable Roles And Responsibilities Develop and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) compliant with IATF 16949 and other relevant standards. Conduct internal audits and assessments to verify adherence to quality standards Ensure compliance with customer-specific quality requirements and standards. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality-related activities, audits, and inspections and documents. Preparing Root cause analysis, NC and CAPA. 4. Production Process PPAP, APQP and POA.
