Designation-

QA/QC Head

Experience-

16 to 20 Years (In Chemical as well as Polymer industries)

Qualification-

BSc/MSc - Chemical (Experience on SAP is must).

In-depth knowledge of quality control standards and regulations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with quality control software and methodologies.

Job Location- Plant (Karakhadi Location)

Budget-

17 to 20 LPA

Key Responsibilities:-

Quality Management System (QMS):

Develop, implement, and maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or OHSAS 18001 QMS frameworks.

Laboratory Oversight:

Supervise QC laboratories, technicians, and chemists, ensuring proper handling of instruments like HPLC and GC.

Compliance & Audit:

Ensure adherence to cGMP and GLP standards; lead internal and external audits.

Raw Material & Finished Goods:

Approve specifications for raw materials, packaging, and finished products.

Process Improvement:

Investigate deviations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Documentation:

Review and authorize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), STPs, and batch records.

Additional Responsibilities:-

Develop and implement quality control systems. Oversee daily operations of the quality control department. Ensure products meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. Lead and manage quality control inspectors. Conduct regular audits and inspections. Investigate and resolve product quality issues. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure quality standards. Prepare and present quality reports to senior management. Train and mentor staff on quality control processes. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
