Job Description

We are hiring candidate with 1-2 years in Quality Control or Quality Assurance

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field

FMCG or food manufacturing candidates preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. In-Process Monitoring:

Conduct routine checks on the production line, including visual inspections and physical tests of products at various stages (e.g., mixing, forming, frying/baking, seasoning).

2. Sample Collection & Testing:

Collect samples of in-process products and test key quality parameters such as moisture content, oil content, salt content, texture, color, and flavor.

3. Documentation:

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all quality checks, test results, and corrective actions. This includes filling out IPQC checklists, log sheets, and deviation reports.

4. Adherence to Standards:

Ensure that all production processes and products comply with established quality standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and food safety regulations.

5. Problem Solving:

Identify and report any non-conformances, deviations, or quality issues promptly. Collaborate with the production team to investigate root causes and implement corrective actions.

6. Calibration & Maintenance:

Perform basic calibration and maintenance of IPQC equipment and instruments to ensure the accuracy of test results.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with the production, maintenance, and R&D teams to optimize processes and improve product quality.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP principles, and GMP Familiarity with quality control instruments and testing methods Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
