Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA/QC Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have

2-5 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control

, with a strong understanding of industry standards and testing methodologies. You will play a key role in ensuring that products, processes, and systems meet defined quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and inspection plans Conduct quality audits, inspections, and testing at various stages of production or development Identify and document defects, deviations, and non-conformities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues Maintain records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other regulatory requirements Support continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis Train and mentor junior staff on quality protocols and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma - Civil / Mechanical / Electrical or Bachelor's degree - Civil / Mechanical / Electrical.

2-5 years of experience in QA/QC roles within relevant industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
