Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Inspection & Testing:

Develop and determine standards for inspections and tests on all procedures. Oversee testing methods and ensure adherence to quality standards. Supervise and implement test and inspection schedules, ensuring strict adherence to procedures. Coordinate with various teams to conduct quality audits on processes and systems.

Material Quality:

Review the quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with project specifications. Collaborate with procurement teams to maintain material quality.

Team Training & Compliance:

Assist employees in understanding quality standards and ensuring compliance with manuals and procedures. Work with contractors and suppliers to uphold quality in all systems.

Safety & Hazard Management:

Manage the lifting of equipment and storage of hazardous materials safely. Perform quality audits as per required schedules.

Analysis & Reporting:

Analyse non-conformance processes and documents, ensuring optimal quality is maintained. Prepare monthly reports on quality performance and documentations. Monitor all project activities and analyse processes to ensure adherence to quality requirements. Recommend corrective actions for non-compliance and maintain effective quality assurance systems.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma in Engineering or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. Minimum

5+ years of experience

in QA/QC for electrical projects.

Skills Required:

Strong understanding of quality assurance standards and processes of construction & electrical projects. Hands-on experience in quality inspections, audits, and documentation. Ability to collaborate with multiple teams, contractors, and suppliers. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
