Job Summary:

PAL InfoCom is hiring a QA Project Coordinator with a solid background in Quality Assurance & Project Management. The role involves overseeing smooth execution of projects while ensuring quality deliverables and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate between clients and internal teams (dev/design/test) Track task assignments, timelines, and deliverables Conduct update meetings and gather feedback Communicate testing outcomes and delays to clients Maintain documentation: timelines, bug reports, delivery notes Review functional requirements and UI/UX specs Execute manual test cases (automation is a plus) Use bug tracking tools effectively Perform UI, functionality, and regression testing Maintain project quality and testing documentation

Key Skills Required:

Manual & automation testing (Selenium, Postman preferred) Familiarity with project tools (JIRA, ClickUp, Trello) Excellent communication and coordination skills Strong bug tracking and follow-up Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and web processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field Minimum 3 years of QA & coordination experience ISTQB certification is a plus
