Role Summary:
Take ownership of testing, analysis, and documentation for the platform's Admin and Vendor modules. Ensure accuracy, quality, and proper tracking of features, defects, and data while supporting smooth operations across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn and understand end-to-end functionalities of Admin & Vendor modules.
Test the platform after each delivery or developer fix and validate functionality.
Identify, document, and report bugs or defects clearly to the development team.
Maintain logs of pending features, defects, and fixes.
Enter and verify data on the platform; resolve any inconsistencies.
Prepare detailed system and process documentation for team reference.
Coordinate with operations, onboarding, and development teams to ensure smooth UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
Requirements:
Graduate in Computer Science, IT, or Business.
2-4 years of experience in QA, business analysis, or product support.
Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools (Jira, Trello, Excel, etc.).
Strong analytical, documentation, and testing skills.
Fluent in English; Malayalam is a plus.
