About the Role

We are a growing semi-industrial bakery dedicated to high-quality, safe food production. We are looking for a mid-level QA Executive with experience in food manufacturing, who can take ownership of daily QA operations, audits, and process verification across production lines.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily in-process and post-production quality checks.
- Verify and monitor critical production processes, ensuring adherence to SOPs and Critical Control Points (CCPs).
- Review hygiene, sanitation, and temperature records across production and packaging areas.
- Lead internal inspections, support external audits, and maintain audit readiness.
- Investigate product deviations, customer complaints, and ensure CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions).
- Supervise raw material inspection, sample analysis, and supplier quality verification.
- Train production staff on QA protocols, food safety standards, and hygiene practices.
- Maintain proper QA documentation for FSSAI and compliance purposes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Science, Microbiology, or related fields.
- 3-5 years' experience in QA/QC in food manufacturing or bakery sector.
- Hands-on knowledge of GMP, GHP, HACCP, and FSSAI compliance.
- Strong experience in process verification, audit handling, and QA documentation.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage QA independently.
- Good communication and leadership skills for team training and coordination.
