Job Title: QA Process Executive (Managerial cadre)

Job Summary:
The QA Process Executive is responsible for monitoring, controlling, and ensuring the quality of products and processes throughout manufacturing. This role ensures compliance with internal quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications through systematic checks, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process Monitoring & Control
Conduct in-process quality checks at various stages of production.
Verify and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Identify process deviations and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Maintain control charts, inspection reports, and process audit records.
2. Product Quality Assurance
Perform quality testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods as per QA guidelines.
Approve or reject products based on inspection and test results.
Coordinate with production for rework or rejection handling.
3. Documentation & Compliance
Prepare and maintain all QA-related records, including batch records, test reports, and deviation reports.
Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, and other regulatory requirements.
Support internal and external audits (customer, ISO, regulatory).
4. Continuous Improvement
Participate in root cause analysis for quality issues.
Suggest process improvements to reduce rejections and defects.
Support implementation of 5S, Kaizen, and other quality initiatives.
5. Coordination & Communication
Liaise with Production, Maintenance, and R&D teams to resolve quality issues.
Communicate non-conformances and follow up on corrective actions.
Provide training and awareness to operators on quality standards and practices.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of QA systems and manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of ISO/GMP/GLP standards and quality documentation.
Analytical skills with attention to detail.
Good communication and report-writing ability.
Proficient in MS Office and QA software.
Qualifications:
Education: B. Sc / M. Sc Chemistry (strong QA Knowledge and process knowledge)
Experience: Minimum 7 - 10 years of experience in a glove industry preferable or chemical / process industry
