Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.

Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.

2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

1. SWIFT ISO20022 CBPR+ compliance SWIFT ISO Translation Manager.
2. Scope of Outgoing SWIFT MT message format. Ensure the validation, consumption through existing Securities infrastructure/ applications.
3. Build Test Strategy, working with Securities business stakeholders to agree risk appetite level of testing required. This will include message scope, test phases, data, execution processes (including acceptance criteria), defect triage process and reporting.
4. Understanding of vendor application and the sequencing (as well as dependencies) on any code deployments.
5. Analysis and inclusion of how to test the new truncation solution that has been designed for inbound messages.
6. Build a view of test environments availability and scheduling to enable test cycles to be executed as per strategy.
7. Managing testing teams to ensure adherence to test strategy and plan.
8. Produce test phase burndowns and provide daily reporting against progress.
9. Define and manage the defect triage process to ensure momentum on test phases can be maintained.
10. Provision of a Test Exit report to provide assurance of production readiness.
