Job description
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases based on business and functional requirements.
• Perform manual functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Analyze and validate backend data using complex SQL queries.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using bug tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to ensure product quality.
• Participate in test planning, requirement review meetings, and sprint planning sessions.
• Maintain and update existing test cases in test management tools such as TestRail, Zephyr, etc.
• Provide input on continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manual software testing.
• Proficient in writing and executing complex SQL queries to validate data and support backend testing.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience testing web applications, APIs, and mobile platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
