We are looking for an experienced QA Tester on the Aon Reinsurance QA team with manual testingexperience. In this role, the QA Tester should have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication,competent in executing test cases, and passionate about quality. Ultimately, the QA Tester will ensurethat our products, applications, and systems work correctly.? Reviewing and analyzing features and user stories to ensure full understanding of individualdeliverables.? Identify test requirements from specifications, document detailed, comprehensive and wellstructuredtest cases and test scenarios for functional and regression testing.? Collaborate with QA colleagues to develop effective strategies and test plans? Execute test cases and analyze results to ensure that validated deliverables meet functional anddesign specifications and requirements.? Reporting and documenting defects? Review and maintenance of test cases for regression testing? Active participation as a member of the Scrum teamo Communicate any obstacles to raise awareness and avoid project impediments andoverall project timeline disruption.o Work closely with software developers and business analysts to resolve issues.o Collaborate with Product Owner, Business Analysts, and Developers on tasks related tothe planning, testing, and coordination of release activities.? Help troubleshoot issues? Conduct post-release/ post-production testing? Adhere to the existing policies, processes, and procedures established for the ReinsuranceQuality Assurance Team.Must Have ? Minimum of 5 years testing experience? Ability to work independently and within a team setting with minimal direction/supervision? Ability to think strategically, demonstrating critical thought in a complex business environment? Demonstrate solid understanding of testing fundamentals? Demonstrate effective professional communication (written and verbal) skills? SQL Query experience? Strong understanding of the Standard Development Life Cycle (SDLC)? Agile Training/Certification and/or Experience? Reinsurance Experience, preferred? Workflow Management Tool experience, TFS / Azure DevOps3 must havesFunctional testing 4/5SQL 4/5Reinsurance exp 3/5
