Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute manual test cases for LOS and LMS platforms.
• Understand and validate workflows related to Overdraft and Term Loan products in banking.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using tools like JIRA or equivalent.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Review and analyze requirement documents, functional specifications, and technical documentation.
• Perform end-to-end testing across loan lifecycle - application, approval, disbursement, repayment, and closure.
• Validate data integrity and loan calculations in LOS/LMS systems.
• Participate in defect triage meetings and provide detailed test evidence to support issues.
• Ensure adherence to testing best practices and compliance guidelines as per IDFC Bank standards.

• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 3+ years of manual testing experience in BFSI domain, preferably with IDFC Bank or similar institutions.
• In-depth understanding and testing experience in LOS and LMS platforms.
• Strong domain knowledge of Overdraft and Term Loan products and processes.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools (JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to document test cases, results, and defect reports with clarity and detail.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
