Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

? Test Planning and Design:
? Analyze project requirements and develop detailed test plans and test cases.
? Design, document, and execute manual test cases to ensure software meets
requirements and quality standards.

? Test Execution:
? Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
? Identify, report, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
? Work closely with developers to resolve issues and ensure software functionality.

? Documentation and Reporting:
? Document test results and create detailed test reports.
? Provide clear and concise feedback to developers and stakeholders.
? Maintain accurate and comprehensive test documentation.

? Collaboration:
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers,
and business analysts, to understand requirements and resolve issues.
? Participate in team meetings and provide input on improving testing processes
and methodologies.

Qualifications:

? Education:
? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related
field.

Experience:

? 2 years of experience in manual software testing.
? Experience with different types of testing (functional, regression, integration,
system, user acceptance).

?

Skills:

? Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.
? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
? Strong written and verbal communication skills.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

? Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
? Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
