Key Responsibilities:

Develop, review, and implement QA policies and procedures. Design, develop, and execute test cases, test plans, and automation scripts where necessary. Identify, document, and track software defects using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, etc. Perform functional, regression, usability, and performance testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and high-quality deliverables. Conduct thorough manual testing of software/products/services. Analyze test results, compile reports, and recommend corrective actions. Stay updated with the latest testing tools, methodologies, and industry trends. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes. Hands-on experience with manual testing tools and defect tracking systems. Experience with Agile frameworks and CI/CD environments. Knowledge of automation tools like Selenium, JMeter, or similar is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Availability for immediate joining is a plus

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?32,000.00 per month
