Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze requirements and design comprehensive test cases and scenarios. Assist in the preparation of test plans and test strategies. Execute manual test cases to validate new and existing functionalities. Identify, document, and track defects using our bug tracking system. Work closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and resolve issues. Participate in team meetings, providing feedback on product quality. Prepare detailed test reports and defect logs. Follow-up on reported issues to ensure timely resolution. Stay updated with the latest testing tools, methodologies, and best practices. Suggest improvements in testing processes and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Technical Skills:

Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC). Familiarity with manual testing processes and methodologies. Ability to understand and interpret technical documents and user requirements. Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and testing methods.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
