QA Manual Tester (Only immediate joiners)

Requisites:

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science, IT, or related field

.

3 years of hands-on experience

in Manual Testing. Strong knowledge of

SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle

. Experience with

test management and defect tracking tools

(e.g., JIRA, TestLink, Zephyr). Experience testing

web and mobile applications

. Familiarity with

API testing (Postman)

is an added advantage. Excellent

analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

. Attention to detail and ability to work in a

fast-paced environment

.

Good to Have:

Basic understanding of

SQL queries

for data validation. Exposure to

Agile/Scrum methodology

. Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Selenium) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Understand project requirements and prepare detailed

test plans, test cases, and test data

. Perform

manual testing

of web, mobile, and/or desktop applications. Execute

functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

. Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like

JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar

. Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams to ensure timely issue resolution. Validate bug fixes and perform re-testing of resolved issues. Participate in

review meetings

and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes. Maintain proper documentation of test results and ensure test traceability. Provide input on test estimation, planning, and risk assessment.
