We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Manual Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless user experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time. Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently handle client calls are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for web and mobile applications.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing.
Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira, Trello, or similar.
Work closely with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure smooth project delivery.
Participate in client calls to discuss requirements, provide updates, and clarify testing-related concerns.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases with minimal defects.
Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications.
Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and bug life cycle.
Experience with bug tracking/project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
Basic knowledge of API testing (Postman preferred).
Excellent communication and client handling skills.
Proven track record of contributing to on-time project delivery.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
