Key Responsibilities:




Analyze requirements and create RTM for complete coverage. Design, execute, and maintain test cases for functional, regression, and integration testing. Perform API testing (Postman/REST Assured) and validate response structures, authentication, and error handling. Conduct cross-browser and compatibility testing; ensure accessibility compliance. Collaborate in Agile ceremonies; contribute to sprint planning and backlog refinement. Manage defects in Jira/Xray; lead triage and RCA sessions. Prepare test plans, strategies, and reports; maintain documentation in Confluence. Drive process improvements and mentor junior team members. Communicate effectively with North American clients. Work extensively in French for documentation, communication, and client interactions. Fluency in French is mandatory--not just basic knowledge, but the ability to understand, write, and converse professionally.


Required Skills:


Strong knowledge of STLC, defect lifecycle, functional vs non-functional testing. Hands-on experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured) and SQL queries. Familiarity with test management tools (Jira/Xray) and documentation platforms (Confluence). Understanding of Agile methodology and ceremonies. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tools/technologies. Professional fluency in French (spoken and written) is mandatory for day-to-day work.

Good to Have:

Experience in Telecom domain (OSS/BSS flow). Performance testing basics (JMeter/k6). Exposure to automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
