Role: Flexcube Project Manager (PM)
Location: Chennai (Onsite)
Experience: 12+ years
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage production support activities for Flexcube.
2. Oversee and coordinate FCR and FCC modules.
3. Handle issue resolution, coordination with business and technical teams, and ensure service delivery SLAs are met.
4. Experience in stakeholder management and support governance.
Skills Required:
1. Strong understanding of Oracle Flexcube architecture and modules.
2. Hands-on experience with FCR, FCC.
3. Proven track record in managing production support teams.
4. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
