About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled

QA Manager (Freelance)

with over 10 years of experience in leading QA initiatives, creating

QA strategies and test plans

, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. The candidate will be responsible for driving the QA process end-to-end and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement

QA strategies, test plans, and processes

for projects. Oversee and guide functional, regression, performance, and automation testing. Identify, track, and manage defects through their lifecycle. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure quality standards. Provide detailed QA reports, metrics, and recommendations. Mentor and support QA teams as needed. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

10+ years of proven experience

in Quality Assurance, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Hands-on experience with

automation frameworks

(Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, etc.). Familiarity with

CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and bug-tracking tools

(JIRA, TestRail). Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
