Opportunity Responsible to manage, train, execute and liaise for the Global Quality Standards for the Pharma Cold Chain Management product as per company standards and customer quality needs. . Execute and uphold the Global Quality Management System requirements for the Pharma Cold Chain Management product in a certain region. . Ensure authorized customer quality agreement requirements are maintained within the region. . Collaborate and contribute to the Global Quality Management, deputize, & own part of the development where required. . Monitor and advise on the performance of the Quality Management System to regional and global management. . Produce data and reports on performance against set standards to customers and Maersk organization. . Update documentation (SOPs) where applicable. . Own the relevant quality-related training schedules. . Organize, facilitate, and participate in internal and external audits with selected customers/Maersk supporting entities. . Attend and participate in customer business review meetings (where applicable). . Follow-up on internal and external CAPA\'s/investigations. . Facilitate management reviews with region/area Cold Chain Logistics management stakeholders. . Responsible for a global team of e-QMS administrators. . Ensuring documentation remains approved and effective . Investigation and CAPA approval/follow-up
