Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced

Quality Assurance Manager

with

4-7 years of experience

in quality control and assurance in Mechanical Engineering field. The QA Manager will be responsible for ensuring product quality, implementing systems, and handling customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee quality assurance and control across raw materials, in-process, and finished products. Product inspection and dimensional checking of products. Conduct and supervise

rubber testing

(tensile strength, elongation, hardness, compression set, aging, etc.). Maintain and calibrate testing equipment. Ensure compliance with

ISO 9001

standards. Compliance of

QMS

. Handle

customer complaints, CAPA, and audits

. Train and guide QC inspectors and production teams. Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and certificates.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduation in

Mechanical/Polymer/Industrial Engineering

or related field.

4 to 7 years of relevant QA/QC experience

(preferably in the rubber/manufacturing/engineering industry). Knowledge on

5S, Kaizen, AS9100, IATF 16949

preferred. Strong knowledge of QA/QC tools, ISO standards, and inspection techniques. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Good communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
