QA Manager (in LED Lighting, BLDC, EMS)

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage overall Quality Assurance activities across the organization, covering:

o Incoming inspection

o Supplier audits

o In-process quality (SMT, THT, Assembly)

o Outgoing quality checks

o Rejection analysis, feedback implementation, and data analysis

of FTR and PPM

o Preparing and presenting in

MRM meetings

and

daily quality meetings

with PPT presentations

Coordinate with third-party agencies and certification bodies for organizational certifications such as

ISO 9001, ISO 14001, NABL, UL, etc.

Direct and supervise the QA team to ensure adherence to quality standards across products, production methods, safety, and risk management. Ensure quality compliance throughout the product lifecycle--design, raw materials, processes, packaging, and storage--in coordination with cross-functional teams. Develop, implement, and maintain QA best practices, standards, and procedures. Research, evaluate, and apply industry-leading QA methodologies; initiate corrective and preventive measures as required. Collect and analyse customer feedback to align quality standards with customer expectations. Conduct regular

line audits, system audits, and ESD audits

; implement corrective and preventive actions where necessary.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Proven experience in the

LED manufacturing industry

. Strong knowledge of

electronics manufacturing processes

. Familiarity with

ESD control, 4M methodology, and basic quality tools

(e.g., 7 QC tools, FMEA, RCA, CAPA). Hands-on experience with

ISO and NABL audits

. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills;

ability to work under high pressure and assertively handle challenges
