Job Description

Essential Qualification:

----------------------------


10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 5+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
Strong experience in both manual testing (functional, regression, UAT, etc.) and automation testing (using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, TestNG, etc.).
Proven experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment; familiarity with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
Experience building or maintaining test automation frameworks and incorporating them into CI/CD pipelines.
Deep knowledge of testing methodologies, QA best practices, and software development lifecycles.

Leadership & Communication:

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and guide a diverse team of QA professionals.
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.
