Lead and manage the Quality Assurance function for the chemical manufacturing plant.
Ensure all products meet internal quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Develop, implement, and maintain QA systems, SOPs, quality manuals, and compliance documentation.
Monitor and control quality parameters throughout production, batch processing, and packing.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA), CAPA, and continuous improvement activities for quality deviations.
Coordinate with Production, R&D, Maintenance, EHS, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues.
Review batch manufacturing records (BMR/BPR), COAs, technical documents, and inspection reports.
Lead internal audits and manage external audits (ISO, customer audits, regulatory bodies).
Ensure compliance with ISO standards (9001/14001), GMP, and statutory regulations.
Train and guide QA team members to strengthen quality culture across the plant.
Oversee raw material testing, in-process checks, and final product quality verification
Manage documentation control, record management, and quality reporting.
